Coming in from the Wagner family I had pretty high expectations for their Bonanza Lot 1 Cabernet. The bottle did have that deep purple inky color and the nose did leave you with the hints of vanilla, leather and Oak. Given it’s $25 dollar price point it was good but didn’t provide that same Caymus quality that I was hoping for. I would recommend this bottle with a burger, pasta or steak since the dark berries and flowery taste should match up well.
Nina’s Review:
The wine is dark in color with a bitter yet berry like taste. I did taste a hint of vanilla and tobacco.
